Occasional Papers
Voegeliniana - New series
The New Series aims to continue the tradition of the successful and reputable VOEGELINIANA - Occasional Papers and remains committed to its two main objectives: First, previously unpublished or only marginally published texts by Voegelin are to be made accessible and edited. Second, it remains the goal to provide German-speaking and European Voegelin research with a publication platform for engagement with the work of Eric Voegelin.
A particular emphasis is placed on the question of what potential a 'neo-classical' approach like Voegelin’s can still develop in a modern liberal society. In addition to contributions interpreting his work, submissions are explicitly welcome that attempt to critically further develop elements of Voegelin’s thought or apply them to contemporary problems.
Designed as a purely online publication, the New Series seeks to offer a flexible forum for short or longer texts on Voegelin research. Individual issues can be downloaded free of charge as PDF files. Anyone wishing to contribute to the series may send their potential submission at any time to the editorial team of the New Series. Submitted texts will be reviewed, and if positively evaluated, will be published on this site in consultation with the respective author.
